End User Terms

These terms are between you (the customer who installs the app) and Mosswell Apps ("we") for the Comment Insight Fields for Jira app ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
1. License
While your subscription is active (or for free, on the free tier), we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Jira sites where it is installed, for your internal business purposes.
2. Purchase and billing
You buy the app through the Atlassian Marketplace. Prices, billing, renewals and refunds follow the Atlassian Marketplace terms. If the subscription ends, the app stops updating the fields.
3. Your data
Your Jira data stays yours. We process it only as described in the privacy policy, and only to provide the app.
4. Acceptable use
You will not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Atlassian's terms.
5. Support and changes
We provide support by email as described in the documentation. We may update the app to fix problems, improve it or follow Atlassian platform changes.
6. Warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end these terms if you materially break them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
